Adopting new rules of “clothing and grooming” that respect diversity
(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuya Kido) has adopted new rules since January 1, 2024, as part of creating an environment where employees can work more independently and vigorously.
This revision of clothes and grooming rules will create an environment where employees can work on their own without being bound by conventional fixed concepts, thereby increasing smiles and making efforts to be a company where customers can feel more familiar than ever before.
